Speaking of New York.... here's my monologue about NYC:

I can't handle not being in New York anymore.  I got maps today on how to get there from a) here at my house and 2) from work, in case I'm having a bad day.  I think i'm having like, sicknesses because I miss it so bad.  I don't think that's normal.  Just think... RIGHT NOW there are people on the Red Train and it's sqeaking.  RIGHT NOW there are people going down the stairs just in the middle of the sidewalk.  RIGHT NOW there is someone in New York that wishes they could live in a smaller city like Grand Rapids.  RIGHT NOW there is someone in the Bronx that will have to go to work tomorrow.... in Manhattan.  And he's going to have to take the subway to get there!  Possibly even the red train!  RIGHT NOW there are kids still up doing their homework from the High School of Art And Design... and they have to turn it in.  But to get there, they will have to walk or take the subway (or bus).  RIGHT NOW there are piles of trash on the street that we once laughed at, until we found out the 11 tons statistic.  RIGHT NOW there are 8.2 million people in New York city.  If you and I went there, it would be 8,200,002.  Too bad, though, becuase we're not going to.  I want to so bad, I can't handle it.  I will die if I have to look at pictures, or if anyone mentions it.  GD choir kids are going there next year... copying off of us!  I don't like that very much.  Plus, they are probably paying their way into Carnegie and we earned our way into it.  RIGHT NOW there is probably someone getting mugged or shot in NYC.  RIGHT NOW there might be someone pressing the S button on the Roosevelt's elevators, or in its exercise room.  RIGHT NOW there is nearly 400,000 volts of New York electricity powering 436 New York subway stations... under the streets of New York.  RIGHT NOW there are 20 abandoned stations... and one can't even tell they're there by the street.  They have grates over them.  RIGHT NOW, there's a homeless person in New York.  I don't care if I had to be homeless, I would still be in New York!!!  RIGHT NOW there are people working in the New York sweatshops making Oakey sunglasses, tomorrow which will be sold on the streets at South Street Seaport or Battery Park.  RIGHT NOW the lights in the Statue of Liberty are lit up.

But RIGHT NOW I'm in Belmont.  I don't want to be in Belmont, I want to be in New York.  Does ANYONE else miss it as much as I do?  Probably not.  Oh well though. I had best get accepted to NYU, or their admissions department might be the site of the Olympic Games 2012 via Osama's help --- :-D.  Some lucky person right now is cleaning up leftovers of the ex-World Trade Center.  They are doing a nasty job... BUT THEY'RE IN NEW YORK.
